Ronald is the Consultant for CLM Lawyers.
He is experienced with managing cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate matters. Ronald started off his career as Auditor at Ernst and Young, responsible for matters related to Annual accounts audit and listed financial institutions and multinational companies. He was previously employed at King & Wood Mallesons and Mayer Brown as Trainee Solicitor and M&A Lawyer respectively. He was the General M&A and Transaction Group Manager of BNP Paribas, responsible for matters related to Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Listing.
Ronald is familiar with the rules and regulations of listing in Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is also an expert in helping clients with corporate restructuring and proposing business transaction projects. Ronald is a Certified Hong Kong Solicitor and Certified Public Accountant for Washington State Board of Accountancy.
